My item was returned, what now?

If your package came back to us and we have it in our hands we will give you the option of sending it back for a fee of $10 that will go towards the shipping expense.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you check out and pay you agree to our no refunds policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

What is in the products?

All ingredients are listed on the packaging the product came in. Please make sure you read the product label, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.

When will my order ship?

Processing Time: 

Orders usually take 1-5 business days to process. Please note that it may take an additional 1-3 weeks to process and fulfill your order if volumes are high.

Shipping Time: Domestic orders usually ship 1-3 day air & internationals take about 1-3 weeks to deliver AFTER processing.

I couldn’t find the answer I was looking for here, what now?

Are the products cruelty free?

KWEEN Cosmetics® takes pride in being a cruelty free brand. We will never test on animals.

My order was lost in transit, what now?

Once packages are dropped off at USPS we have no control over them what so ever. We appreciate everyone of our customers and offer to re-send the lost items for a $15 fee.

Return Policy

What is your refund and exchange policy?

If you are unhappy with your order you may contact our customer support by sending us an email and we will gladly offer you an exchange for different products. However, we are a small business and we do not offer refunds at the moment. Once you checkout you agree to our no refund policy.
